How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange your stay.
- To send you information about a booking you have made.
- To improve the website and the service we offer.
- To send occasional updates or offers, where you have asked to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
Legal basis
We process enquiry details on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract once you book. Website analytics and marketing emails rely on your consent or our legitimate interest in running the business, whichever applies.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business: our booking system (InnStyle), our email provider, our website hosting, and our payment processor. Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Booking and payment records are kept for six years to meet accounting requirements. After that we delete them.
